6. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided

the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible

with your Order ID.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment facilities in India.

Our standard delivery timeline is generally 5–7 working days, although actual delivery times

may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays and other

circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to a third-party courier partner, ABALNC is not

responsible for delays caused by the courier, natural events, strikes, government restrictions,

weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances.8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because ABALNC products are ingestible wellness products, we follow strict hygiene and

product-safety standards.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Unsealed
  • Used
  • Partially consumed
  • Tampered with

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing from your

order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

After reviewing and verifying the issue, ABALNC may provide a replacement or refund, as

applicable.
